Personalised Transport Management was founded in 1996 and is wholly owned by and managed by Lesley Schroeder whom together with her team collectively have more than 70 years of experience in the freight industry.

Lesley Schroeder - Owner

Lesley has been actively involved in the freight industry since 1988 and remains hands-on in the day-to-day operations of PTM.

She joined the company in 1996 in a sales role and took ownership in 2003.

Wayne Munro - Sales

Wayne has worked in the freight industry since 1987 and joined the sales team at PTM in 1996.

Vallerie Govindan - Manager

Vallerie joined the company in 2011 as an Office Clerk and was promoted to Manager in 2017.

Florence Mkhize - Admin

Florence joined the company in 2009 as an Office Clerk and was promoted to the Operations team in 2011.

Jizel Naidoo - Accounts Clerk

Jizel joined the company in 2024 and currently leads the Accounts Department. She is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management on a part-time basis.
